Amma's cult continues to harass Gail to this very day as demonstrated by a wave of fake posters who spam Amazon with hundreds of posts containing links to two Amma sites devoted to libeling Gail. Ten outrageously untrue and spiteful Ammbot posts have been removed by Amazon already but the kamikaze Ammabots keep on robotically posting their hate because they fail to know love. Gail had to overcome many psychological barriers to write "Holy Hell" including Stockholm Syndrome and PTSD. She even felt guilty about leaving behind 200 ashram women who had depended upon her support.
Gail describes how she hid cuts, bruises and Amma's violence from her friends and family. Amma's giving of charity money to build large Kerala houses for her relatives indicates massive fraud. Amma's overseas income is India's largest import. Although Ammachi claims to be a religious saint she refuses to open her business accounting books or to be transparent about her assets. Very fishy!
Gail is not the only victim to Amma's terrorism, Anyone who writes a book about Amma gets threatened. Amma tried to jail policeman Sreeni Pattathanam for writing a book "Matha Amritanandamayi: Divya Kathakalum Yatharthyavum (Matha Amritanandamayi: Sacred Stories and Realities) " which linked Amma to at least 5 murders, fraud and exposed her supposed miracles as scams. Amma leader and writer Taavi Kassila was ordered by Amma to lie in his book "Erään etsijän tarina" (as reported in an article Totuus vai maine?).
Mata Amma Amritanandamayi is worse than Jim Jones, Shoko Asahara and Charles Manson put together but as with the pedophilia of Satya Sai Baba, the West is slow to wake up to the danger in the midst. Amma's Amritapuri is the location of suspicious suicides, murders and psychotic breakdowns. The most recent ashram murder was that of Satnam Singh, a 25 year old Brahmin boy who tried to get Amma's counsel.

Far from the compassionate image which Amma wants to be seen as, behind the scenes Amma is seething with rage at those who would not submit to her. Following a detailed eyewitness book exposing her involvement with fraud, violence and rape, Amma Amritanandamayi has gone into panic and is refusing media interviews. Her followers in Italy have defected.

Every mafia syndicate crime boss knows that he has to protect every source of revenue even the two bit hustlers and street corner sellers of crack dime bags. If he fails to act then the competition will think that he is weak. Cult leaders try to make problems go away even if it involves murder as with Shoko Asahara, Jim Jones, Solar Temple, Heaven's Gate, Satya Sai Baba and the Hare Krishna.
'Rishi' Taavi Kassila may have not been the biggest money earner for cult boss billionaire Sudhamani Idamannel (aka Amma Amritanandamayi) but he has extensively promoted her for 20 years including being her honorary chairman and media contact in Finland, toured with Amma in America and Europe, produced an Amma documentary, leads tour groups to Amma Amritapuri ashram and is an official AMMA IAM meditation group instructor.
According to Amma's official biography Amma will act with immediate vengeance to protect her devotees. Amma tells how she mortally threatened her brother Subhagan (alias Sunilkumar)
for hassling a Muslim woman who had come to Amma. Amma says he brother was found hung by the neck within 7 days of her threat. Ex-policeman Sreeni Pattathanam who investigated the death wrote that Amma's brother had been beaten to death. Who would you believe a cult leader or a policeman?
The truth probably was that Amma's brother wanted a larger share of Amma's substantial income. Gayatri (Gail Tredwell), Amma's closest disciple reveals that Amma gave huge amounts of treasure to her family members. Claiming that her brother was hassling a Muslim woman is a nice PR touch because Amma has been connected to the Indian RSS right wing party. When Hindu Brahmin 25-year-old Satnam Singh Mann was killed after trying to get a hug from Amma at her Amritapuri ashram, the ashram claimed that the man was uttering Islamic slogans.
Amma knows that 'Rishi' Taavi Kassila did wrong and has brought unwanted negative attention to her ruthless business affairs. Ironically if Amma's celibacy preaching monk Taavi Kassila had acted as gentleman he would not have been exposed as an unfaithful herpes-spreading teenage girl seducer. Kassila could have apologized to his former girlfriend but he did not. "Hugging Saint" Amma's Lyings, Beatings and Cheatings

When you add up all of the wrong and criminal acts associated with Amma, you will see not a saint but a malevolent boss whose gang is involved in crime, lying, cheating and cover-ups at every turn.
Amma monk, Taavi Kassila's inexcusable sexual excesses, which violated several mothers' trusts, shocked teenage girls by attempted seductions and gave at least one cheated partner incurable genital herpes was not the first scandal from which Amma irresponsibly tried to distance herself from the Kassila sex expose.
Nor is Satnam Singh Mann's mysterious murder the only death associated with Amma's ashram to be shrouded in contradictions. It is not the only case of a beating given for trying to get Amma's hug.
Pavithran was also beaten, as reported in 'Indian Currents, Issue 36, September 04, 2005'. "Those who expressed anguish and contacted the Ashram following the attack included former Prime Minister A. B. Vajpayee, BJP President L. K. Advani, and former Union Minister O. Rajagopal, who himself is a close devotee of the Amma. Amma's ashram falsely claimed to not know Pavithran, even though he had lived at Mata Amritanandamayi ashram as did Satnam Singh Mann (it has been reported). The same outrageous denial was made of Taavi Kassila, another Amma ashram resident.
Mental illness seems to be the alleged cause of problems at Amma's ashram, but is Amma, who beats her devotees to blame? "Even Mata Amrithanandamayi had admitted that many of her devotees and Ashram inmates are mentally deranged persons."
There was also the suspicious death of a French lady, Caroline Abitbole, within the Ashram premises, another Amma controversy which has been covered up, the webpages removed.

Amma's ashram devotees live in squalid conditions, sleep only a few hours per night and slave for free while Amma secretly gives obscene amounts of gold and money to her relatives so that each can live in their own palace. Amma's family live like royalty and are both feared and respected. Amma has absolute power.
Amma could be responsible for the neurotic, cruel behavior and lying of her devotees. Amma kicked her masseuse for no reason, cracking her ribs. Amma has slapped, beaten, scratched, pulled hair and throttled her devotees for insignificant and made up offenses, such as not cooking rice to her liking.
Just before Amma's closest and oldest Western devotee, Gayatri, revealed the true horror of life with Amma, in Rolling Stone magazine, another Amma cover up was being planned. Amma's devotees, including high representative Elizabeth Sidon, wife of Rob Sidon, the former Disney employee who now heads up Amma's PR team infiltrated Ex-Amma to destroy Gail Tredwell's (Gayatri's) reputation. Elizabeth Sidon, who also calls herself "Elizabeth Daniels" - deleted "Sidon" from her profile when she realized that she had been caught red-handed.
Rob Sidon, Amma PR man, is apparently the editor-in-chief of a magazine called "Common Ground," and "Elizabeth Daniels" is listed as a staff member on the magazine's staff listing.
Robert Sidon lists the dubious distinction in his online resume of "Achieved world-class news coverage for "Amma", (a rare humanitarian compared to Gandhi and Mother Teresa) in prestige media internationally." Robert Sidon might also add that he is supporting the biggest con of the century for which he will go to hell for helping to cover up the truth. Amma is no saint, no humanitarian. Amma cares nothing for the truth nor her devotees. If the victims could be heard above the professional PR noise then Rob Sidon would slink away in shame from the public gaze just like his wife "Elizabeth Daniels" did.
At this time, Amma's Rishi Taavi Kassila has started a police investigation against one former sexual partner, claiming that he does not have genital herpes. In return, Kassila will be prosecuted for causing bodily harm for giving genital herpes. One would think that an Amma devotee would be more kind - but then again we know that will never happen.

Rob Sidon, Amma PR man, is apparently the editor-in-chief of a magazine called "Common Ground," and "Elizabeth Daniels" is listed as a staff member on the magazine's staff listing.
Robert Sidon lists the dubious distinction in his online resume of "Achieved world-class news coverage for "Amma", (a rare humanitarian compared to Gandhi and Mother Teresa) in prestige media internationally." Robert Sidon might also add that he is supporting the biggest con of the century for which he will go to hell for helping to cover up the truth. Amma is no saint, no humanitarian. Amma cares nothing for the truth nor her devotees. If the victims could be heard above the professional PR noise then Rob Sidon would slink away in shame from the public gaze just like his wife "Elizabeth Daniels" did.
At this time, Amma's Rishi Taavi Kassila has started a police investigation against one former sexual partner, claiming that he does not have genital herpes. In return, Kassila will be prosecuted for causing bodily harm for giving genital herpes. One would think that an Amma devotee would be more kind - but then again we know that will never happen.
Before she dies, Amma who lives on painkillers and wears incontinence pants, will have left a trail of misery in her wake.
