Amma, incensed that Gail has gained some publicity has tasked her full-time PR department which include PR professionals such as Rob Sidon, formerly of Disney and owner of Higher Ground, to trash the book with one star review on Amazon. Sidon's wife using her maiden name Anne Elizabeth Daniels posted a two star review. None of the Ammabot reviews address the serious incidents that caused Gail to leave Amma's psychotic, spiteful service.

Gail's book is not well known. Unlike Ammachi she does not have millions to spend on publicity or a full-time army of Ammabots who mindlessly spam everywhere possible. Gail was left penniless by Amma who refused to return Gail's possession including personal diaries. Eventually Amma sent Gail a paltry $15,000 for 20 years of backbreaking servitude. Ammabots lie about the amount. We cannot believe their claims that Amma donates millions when they never provide proof since Amma hides her finances from the public.



Gail is like a David going up against the might of a multi-national Goliath. Amma Inc. want to crush Gail and her book but you can protect the right of free speech.

Amazon have responded by removing more than 10 Ammabot reviews and over 50 comments. The wife of Amma PR chief Rob Sidon, formerly of Disney and owner of Higher Ground, using her maiden name again Anne Elizabeth Daniels has again joined the frenzied mob attack on Amma's star victim. In her two star review Elizabeth Sidon, as she is properly known, wrote "A Bitter Pill" November 21, 2013. What Sidon fails to even try to comprehend is what actually happened to Gail? Amritapuri is a torture chamber not a Disneyland. Sidon has never experienced the seedy side of Amritpuri because she has always been treated like royalty. Sidon had lead a sneaky attack on the Ex-Amma list and then tried to cover-up her posts after she was exposed in 2012. Amma's PR keep putting their foot in it and we will keep covering the stories.

Raped beaten and still stalked by Amma cult – book review

Australian Gail Tredwell was frequently raped, beaten, abused and exploited during her 20 years as slave to billionaire religious Indian cult leader Sudhamani Idamannel aka Mata Amma Amritanandamayi. It's a sad but true story which has been validated by several Amma disciples accounts.

Ten outrageously untrue and spiteful Ammbot posts have been removed by Amazon already but the kamikaze Ammabots keep on robotically posting their hate because they fail to know love. Gail had to overcome many psychological barriers to write "Holy Hell" including Stockholm Syndrome and PTSD. She even felt guilty about leaving behind 200 ashram women who had depended upon her support.



Gail describes how she hid cuts, bruises and Amma's violence from her friends and family. Amma's giving of charity money to build large Kerala houses for her relatives indicates massive fraud. Amma's overseas income is India's largest import. Although Ammachi claims to be a religious saint she refuses to open her business accounting books or to be transparent about her assets. Very fishy!



Gail is not the only victim to Amma's terrorism, Anyone who writes a book about Amma gets threatened. Amma tried to jail policeman Sreeni Pattathanam for writing a book "Matha Amritanandamayi: Divya Kathakalum Yatharthyavum (Matha Amritanandamayi: Sacred Stories and Realities) " which linked Amma to at least 5 murders, fraud and exposed her supposed miracles as scams. Amma leader and writer Taavi Kassila was ordered by Amma to lie in his book "Erään etsijän tarina" (as reported in an article Totuus vai maine?).



Mata Amma Amritanandamayi is worse than Jim Jones, Shoko Asahara and Charles Manson put together but as with the pedophilia of Satya Sai Baba, the West is slow to wake up to the danger in the midst. Amma's Amritapuri is the location of suspicious suicides, murders and psychotic breakdowns. The most recent ashram murder was that of Satnam Singh, a 25 year old Brahmin boy who tried to get Amma's counsel.

Amma's Fake Immigration Tax Avoidance Scam

Taavi Kassila, former yoga school bankrupt and MLM pyramid selling scammer, held a party in 2008 claiming that he was emigrating to Amma's Amritapuri ashram in Kerala, India. It was a false claim but Kassila has often repeated it to the media. Why would Taavi Kassila lie? It would not have been the first time or the last.



Was Kassila launching his business to take tourists to Amma's ashram (making him a human trafficker because Amma wants makes them become mindless slaves), escaping angry ladies who he cheated or sexually abused, pretending to be finally celibate or avoid paying tax in both Finland and India?



As Indian residents ourselves with contacts in the Foreigners' Regional Registration Office and Ministry of Home Affairs we know that Taavi Kassila has failed the Indian residency criteria every year for the past five years.



In India, an individual is treated as a resident in a year if:
1. He is present in India for a total period of 182 days.
2. Maintains a dwelling place for a period of 182 days in a year and is in India for at least 30 days.
3. Has been in India for 60 days in that year and for 365 days in preceding 4 years.



Taavi Kassila paid Amma for a fake address in Amritapuri ashram. Kassila does not stay at the address. It is used by others for 11 months every year. For $12,000 Amma will sell residences and addresses to those who are willing to be celibate and slave for her. Kassila does not work at Amritapuri for more than a few days per year and is not celibate as a recent court case proved.



Is Amma running a scam to fool the Indian government and make even more money for herself? We imagine that Amma gets all kinds of benefits for pretending that she is taking care of thousands of absentee tenants. It profits both Amma and her fake Swamis, Swaminis and Bramacharinis so no one will reveal the scam.

Rishi Taavi Kassila made a lot of promises but failed to keep them.

Taavi Kassila guaranteed huge profits for those who signed up under him in a colostrum MLM pyramid selling scheme which seems to have flopped. Monk Rishi claimed to make 7,000 euro per month from it.

Taavi 'Rishi' Kassila promised to serve Amma Amritanandamayi but she publicly disowns him.

Taavi Kassila promised to protect the Finnish Minister of Culture, Tanja (Tellervo Karpela) Saarela if she visited Amma Amritapuri ashram but has brought nothing but embarrassment.

The Finnish Amma center cover-up their long relationship with Rishi Kassila their own honorary president, PR man and AMMA IAM meditation instructor. They deleted Taavi Kassila from 36 Amma.fi webpages without explanation.

Why would a monk start a legal fight? Why would Kassila who told media he had given up the world care about their reputation? Why did Amma order Rishi Taavi Kassila to legally fight his ex-girlfriend? Why would Ammachi support an old man who tries to seduce teenagers to have sex and buys prostitutes?

Why would a man who has renounced the world, fame and fortune and moved to India be fighting an ex-girlfriend (who he seduced on Facebook) over claims that he gave her genital herpes?

In the beginning, the  woman's accusations were posted in Finnish and Kassila's name was not clearly mentioned (it is still abbreviated). Only a few people knew that the sex scandal was referring to Taavi Kassila. The totalitarian Amma Amritanandamayi goddess cult has denied any responsibility for the unethical actions of its enthusiastic supporter and worker, Taavi Kassila.


Kassila, used his powerful position within the Ammachi cult (Kassila is honorary chairman of Amma Keskus Finland) to recruit Amma Finland laywer, Kirsi Pettersson. Kassila, who helped found Amma Keskus Finland in 1998, has tried to save his tarnished reputation by spreading untruths about his victim, the writer of "Tarina Rakkauden Apostolista" who revealed Kassila's sordid affairs about buying prostitutes, attempting to seduce a teenage girl with an Amma video and spreading genital herpes.


The writer of "Tarina Rakkauden Apostolista" was threatened by Amma Finland lawyer, Kirsi Pettersson but nothing followed. Kassila claims to have contacted the police but seems to be bluffing. "Tarina Rakkauden Apostolista" is requesting witnesses and well-wishers to supply information about Taavi Kassila to help support a potential legal case against him especially if he does start a proper legal action. Kassila could be prosecuted for assault for knowingly spreading herpes.

Rishi Taavi Kassila's  genital herpes is part of a wider sex scandal. By consciously spreading a pernicious sexually transmitted disease, Kassila shows a blatant disregard for other human beings who he supposedly cared about. Kassila instead spread  a lifelong disease which causes permanent physical damage. Instead of spreading peace and love, Rishi Kassila knowingly caused emotional harm for which he has never apologized (evidence  'Tarina rakkauden apostolista'). Kassila could be prosecuted for sexual assault and battery and jailed for buying prostitutes.

The sex scandal originates from Amma Amritanandamayi who has allowed Rishi Taavi Kassila to use his positions within Amma Center Finland and Amritpuri ashram to seduce teenage girls. 'Tarina rakkauden apostolista' contains the detailed description of Kaasila's attempted seduction of a teenager. Kassila had gained access to the child by fooling the mother and pretending to deliver an Amma video. This is not the only account of Kassila attempting to seduce teenagers. The man cannot be cured. Kassila is sex obsessed.

Amma is not a humanitarian. She does not care about Kassila's victims. Instead of admitting her mistake Amma is responsible for a cover-up of Kassila's public relationship to her. Kassila's activities, past and present, were deleted without explanation from the amma.fi website. Amma is not even a nice person, she manipulates others just as Kassila does.

Kassila preaches celibacy but his own sexual morals are far below the standard of basic decency. Kassila is a hypocrite and a liar.

“Rishi Taavi Kassila" has responded to serious allegations made about  his sexual misconduct on the internet (mostly in Finnish)  and repeated on our blog Amma Amritanandamayi Taavi Kassila Sex Scandal Cover-up, but Kassila is not admitting anything.

Rishi Tavi Kassila's comment comes at the end of our blog post  Amma Monk Threatens Woman He Infected With Herpes.

 Although the poster's name is listed on blogger.com as 'Unknown' we believe that Taavi Kassila is the source because the writer:

1. states that his name is "Rishi" and "Taavi Kassila" 
2.  uses the Amma form of address "Dear One!"
3. expresses a concern about Amma's public reputation
4. repeats several spurious distancing claims found in the Ammma Finland, Amma Amritapuri, Kerala, India emergency public statement about Taavi Kassila
5. Taavi Kassila needs to respond this critics

  Amma Amritanandamayi Taavi Kassila Sex Scandal Cover-up readers would like a full explanation from Taavi Kassila in response to the very public accusations against him. If Taavi Kassila really wants to protect Amma's reputation then he should take full responsibility for his actions, confess and make amends to his victims. Taavi Kassila could also explain why he preaches celibacy and uses his Amma role to trap naive women.

We do not accept that Taavi Kassila is a nobody in the Amma Amritanandamayi organization. Taavi Kassila is an instructor, organizer, promoter, honorary chairman and PR manager in the Amma organization. If this has changed then Taavi Kassila and the Amma group should make a clear statement about when this happened and why they quietly deleted all evidence of Taavi Kassila from their Amma site. 

We request the supposed humanitarian Amma to show if she does protect her "children" against Taavi Kassila and similar predators. If Amma is not concerned then this blog will focus on her behavior and problems in the heart of her Amritpuri ashram.

Dear One! I have been made aware of the blog that has been started at http://amma-taavi-kassila-sex-cover-up.blogspot.in/  

I am deeply pained that the name of Amma, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi, and her ashram, the Mata Amritanandamayi Math, have been dragged into this situation, which they are not at all responsible.

I would like to make certain things clear:

1. It should be clearly understood that I am not a monk at Amma’s ashram, initiated or otherwise. Out of an interest in trying to lead a spiritual life, I have chosen to live there just like thousands of other people around the world.

2. It is true that Amma has given me the name “Rishi”, but this is only because I asked her for a “spiritual name”. Amma has given such names to thousands upon thousands of people throughout the world. All you have to do is ask. The names are given as a reminder of a goal to be lived up to by the named, not as an indicator of some spiritual achievement.

It is true that I have spoken about the benefits of celibacy in the media, but at the same time I said that a relationship was possible for me, since I have never taken any vow of celibacy, formal or otherwise.

If I have hurt anyone, I apologize. It is unfair to blame Amma or her ashram, which is doing so much for the poor and suffering throughout the world, for my personal life. To do so is like blaming the doctor for the patient’s disease.

If someone is of the opinion that I have done something wrong, please, blame me, not Amma. I take full responsibility for my action, but not for actions I did not do. Kindly remove the blog or modify it so that Amma’s name is not mentioned at all.

Amma Monk Threatens Woman He Infected With Herpes

Not content to just lie, cheat and infect his former girlfriend with a lifelong curse of genital herpes, Taavi Kassila continues to make her life hell simply for asking for an apology.

For former film director, Taavi Kassila, maintaining illusions is everything. By fraud and deception, Kassila falsely promotes himself as a yoga teacher, a celibate monk and resident of Amritpuri - Amma Amritanandamayi's Ashram in Kerala, India. Kassila's black market economy, fueled by book promotions, media appearances, yoga courses and MLM schemes depends on the truth not getting out.

Rishi Taavi Kassila feels threatened because of the existence of one blog which he cannot make go away. The blog 'The Story of Love's Apostle' (Tarina rakkauden apostolista) presents several eye-witness accounts which contradict Kassila's self-styled image as a holy man, celibate, monk and yoga philosopher. Instead we get a picture of Kassila as a love cheat and sex addict who compulsively chases teenage girls and buys prostitutes.

'The Story of Love's Apostle' was created to warn women about Taavi Kassila's sexual deceptions. More women came forward with their own creepy stories of meeting Kassila. The blog would have never been published if Kassila had apologized to his former girlfriend, but he refused.

'The Story of Love's Apostle' was published on June 27th, 2011. Debates raged on Finnish discussion forums because Kassila is a minor celebrity. Voices in support of Kassila attacked the blog writer's sexual values and ethics. The criticisms showed insider knowledge, which only Kassila could know, it seemed that the writers were Taavi Kassila himself. While Kassila could command a team of Amma devotees to illegally plaster city streets with Amma posters it seemed unlikely that they would defend him in a forum.

Kassila and Amma organizer, lawyer Kirsten Pettersson, tried to threaten forum hosts to ban the Kassila discussions. The censorship threats failed. One antisocial writer, suspected to be Kassila posing as a woman, was so troublesome that several threads on one forum were closed and both "Kassila's supporter" and the blog writer were simultaneously banned (from Finnish jooga.meditaatio.fi forum. Kassila had managed to suppress that discussion. Things seemed to quieten down. Kassila took this as an opportunity to continue secretly harassing the writer of 'The Story of Love's Apostle'.

Kassila was showing his real nature, nothing holy about it. He could have apologized or written his own account of what had happened, but instead he chooses to be abusive and deceptive. Posing again as different women, Kassila wrote threatening and insulting emails which have been traced back to Kassila. One email threatened that the police would take the blog writer away. Kassila may face legal charges for harassment and actual bodily harm for knowingly spreading a sexually transmitted disease.

Rishi Taavi Kassila, top promoter, tour organizer, meditation instructor and ashram resident of the Amma Mata Amritanandamayi Devi Hugging Saint cult has been accused of sex addiction, abuse and dishonesty. Embarrassing testimony, posted by authenticated witnesses,  challenged Kassila to defend himself in court. Publicly, the Amma cult responded with a single online statement denying their connection to the accused, Taavi Kassila. Secretly, Amma's helpers were scrubbing their internet servers, erasing all evidence of Taavi Kassila's long history of public service within the Amma cult.

Until the Amma cover-up, Taavi Kassila  was the honorary president of Amma Center, a registered organization, which like all Amma groups recruits and takes money. Taavi Kassila's position allowed him access to thousands of vulnerable young women as he toured the world with Amma. Kassila publicly preached celibacy but privately hired prostitutes, seduced teenage girls and infected women with herpes - prosecutable crimes.
