Taavi Kassila's legal case is flawed. This does not matter to Taavi Kassila. Kassila is committed to pursue legal action even if it fails because cult leader Amma Amritanandamayi has ordered it. Amma Amritanandamayi claims to be God is simply and some Indian government officials believe it. Amma cannot imagine that she will be defeated in any court anywhere in the world. Unfortunately for Sudhamani Idamannel (Amma's real name), the world does not believe that Amma is God - but this fact is inconceivable to the megalomaniac Amma Amritanandamayi.

Taavi Kassila wants to make two contradictory arguments in his legal persecution case: defamation and privacy violation.

For Taavi Kassila to argue that his privacy has been violated he will have to admit that what has been alleged about him is true. If he admits what has been alleged is true then he cannot argue libel since he has admitted that the statements are true.

Taavi Kassila is a public figure. He preaches celibacy to the media. Exposing 'Rishi' Taavi Kassila and Amma Amritanandamayi as religious frauds is a public service and not a privacy issue. Any citizen may expose "the natural defects of a public figure".

Taavi Kassila has strategically taken a herpes test in India (where Amma's hospital is accused of fraud) but  by so doing has unknowingly waived any claim to medical privacy (because he can now be accussed of fraud). The herpes test result will be positive only if the herpes virus moves from a dormant to active state. A negative result does not prove the absence of herpes. The fact is that Kassila's girlfriend's medical records will show that she developed herpes only with 'Rishi' Taavi Kassila.

To avoid public ridicule and ruining his own libel prosecution case, Taavi Kassila does not want to publicly admit that:

• his former girlfriend developed herpes after he forced unprotected sex upon her
• he eventually admitted having herpes
• he eventually admitted having a teenage mistress
• he confessed to sex with prostitutes
• he wants sex with young women but not mature women
• he is a religious hypocrite and celibacy preacher
• his guru Amma ordered him to initiate a frivolous legal case
• he tried to seduce a teenage girl with an Amma video when visiting her mother's home

Taavi Kassila's will have legal difficulties because evidence exists to support the above claims. In general it can be shown that Taavi Kassila is sexually promiscuous, heartless and dishonest.

Any court will have difficulty believing Taavi Kassila because he has a reputation of being a compulsive liar. Kassila lied to his ex-girlfriend, the media, Amma Center Finland, Amma and the public. Amma.fi covered up Kassila's behavior by deleting over 35 webpages which described Kassila's activities as their representative.

Taavi Kassila is embarrassed by witness testimony about his herpes-spreading teenage girls seducing secret lifestyle. He is worried that statements he made to the media will show him to be a hypocrite. The evidence is that just before the court date Taavi Kassila media articles were suspiciously removed from their webpages. Kassila is frightened that his nasty verbal attacks upon critics will be used in evidence against him, he therefore had a two year old Taavi Kassila forum discussion suddenly deleted to avoid weakening his legal case.

Kassila has financial motivations to lie.

Kassila made claims to an audience, which he was trying to recruit to a controversial colostrum MLM business, that he earns $9,250 per week from the pyramid selling scheme. The scam went bust after the mysterious death of the owner.

Kassila makes money from his association with Amma through books, courses and India tours. Of course he wants us to believe that Amma is good but he hides the violent nature of Amma and her prison-like Amritapuri ashram. Amma's devotees believe that Amma is God and must be blindly obeyed. The devotees falsely promote Amma as humanitarian and saint. None of these are true because Amma and her devotees are associated with violence, murder and fraud. 'Rishi' Taavi Kassila is about to be revealed as fraudster too. Amma is being exposed in the media and on the internet, as they do Taavi Kassila's reputation will suffer. Kassila has already ruined his reputation by pursuing teenage girls in his yoga classes, by taking an unnatrual interest in their bodies and asking them to 'friend' him on Facebook.

When Taavi Kassila realizes that his legal case will fail he may try to settle out of court by paying his former girlfriend for her court costs. The costs will be nothing compared to how much Amma makes in a single minute. Amma is India's biggest earner in her sector of foreign revenue for India.

Taavi Kassila has never apologized for his actions.

Amma has urged her own followers that they must destroy their private photos of her. Amma tried to sue ex-policeman Sreeni Pattathanam whose investigation revealed that Amma's brother Subhagan (alias Sunilkumar) was beaten to death after Amma threatened that he would die within 7 days (as recorded in Amma's official biography).

Just 2 days ago (June 26th, 2013) several 'hot topic' discussions were deleted from media website Suomi24 (Finland24) after a flurry of desperate and revealingly hateful comments in support of Taavi Kassila. The first discussion "Taavi Kassila ja sensuuri" was 2 years old and contained over 255 posts. The second discussion contained over 35 posts about Taavi Kassila's court date "Taavi Kassila oikeudessa 9.8".

A similar court date discussion thread had been deleted as soon as it had been posted even though it had contained no controversial information.

Amma Amritanandamayi's PR team have been working around the clock to suppress all eyewitness testimonies proving that Amma is a criminal fraud. The wife of Rob Sidon Amma's ex-Disney PR head was caught using an alternative name as she tried to besmirch the reputation of Gayatri (Gail Tredwell) who was formally Amma's closest disciple. 26 year old woman commits suicide after experiencing unimaginable horrors at Amma Amritpuri ashram. She had so much to live for before being sucked into a cult that bled her dry and robbed her of her sanity and peace of mind.

On August 9th, 2013 Sri Mata Amma Amritanandamayi Devi will teleport into the Helsinki District Court to defend her devotee 'Rishi' Taavi Kassila. Cult leader Amma (real name Sudhamani Idamannel) has indoctrinated her followers to believe that she is responsible for everything that happens to them and is always with them. Tragically this includes the misery which the Amma followers must suffer at Amma's Amritapuri ashram in Kerala, South India and suicides and suspicious deaths.

Amma's closest devotee Gayatri (Gail Tredwell) has testified that Amma used extreme violence including breaking a devotees ribs with a powerful kick. Gayatri's interview with US Rolling Stone magazine was never challenged by Amma's legal department (although her US PR department used unethical tricks in a failed attempt to discredit her).

In India Amma wants to criminally prosecute her critics. She tried to harass ex-policeman Sreeni Pattathanam who wrote a book connecting Amma to many suspicious murders. The book alleges that Amma's brother Subhagan alias Sunilkumar was beaten to death for opposing the cult activities of Amma. Amma and her devotees claim that Subhagan committed suicide.

The frightening implication is that those who oppose Amma will suffer divine retribution. However the true cause is physical not mystical. Amma's devotees assaulted residents of Green Avenue, New Delhi with iron bars because they removed an illegal billboard from their own property which had advertised an expired Amma event. Ironically the billboard promoted the slick concept that Amma is a "Hugging Saint" -- even when Amma's hugs lead to broken ribs and crushed skulls!

The most recent murder connected to Amma was 25-year-old Satnam Singh Mann who allegedly was beaten with a cable wire and had his head smashed against a wall. Amma's devotees deceptively and falsely claimed that Satnam was a Muslim who tried to attack Amma. In fact Satnam was a Hindu resident of Amma Amritpuri ashram who was caught up in religious hysteria as he waited to receive a hug from Amma. Religious hysteria is common among Amma's sleep deprived slave workers known as Ammabots.

Amma herself regularly acts as if she is spirit possessed. Amma's act is to roll in the dust, eyes rolling into the back of her head, making strange noises and frothing at the mouth. This supposedly proves that she was in touch with the God. Later Amma claimed to be God herself.

Corrupt gurus in India frequently escape justice for their crimes. We in the West never hear about these crimes. Foreign language slows down the flow of information. Sreeni Pattathanam's important book "Matha Amritanandamayi: Divya Kathakalum Yatharthyavum (Matha Amritanandamayi: Sacred Stories and Realities)" has never been translated.

Suspiciously, two media articles in which Kassila claims to have emigrated to India in 2008 to spend his life as a celibate world-renouncing monk in obedience to Mata Amma Amritanandamayi have been removed from the internet prior to Kassila's court case.

It is obvious that Amma Amritanandamayi, Amma.fi and Taavi Kassila are hiding evidence which would invalidate Taavi Kassila's spurious legal challenge. Ironically if Kassila continues with the court case then he will unwittingly expose vindictive cult leader Amma Amritanandamayi as well.

Taavi Kassila's legal case is PR suicide, even if Kassila wins he will be exposed as a fraud and attract unwanted media attention. Suspiciously timed with the Taavi Kassila sex scandal legal prosecution case, two Finnish media articles in which Taavi Kassila claimed to have renounced the world, sex and his home country of Finland in 2008 have been removed from the Internet.

The articles titled "Taavi Kassila: Selibaatti kohottaa tietoisuuden tasoa (Celibacy Raises Your Level Of Consciousness - Studio55)" and "Taavi Kassila: Tämän vuoksi selibaatti kannattaa (That Is Why Celibacy Is Worth It - MTV3)" can still be found on search engines. A copy of "Taavi Kassila: Selibaatti kohottaa tietoisuuden tasoa" exists on an Internet forum - but could be removed at any time by Kassila's enablers. Taavi Kassila seems to be covering his tracks and shredding evidence which could be valuable to the criminal investigators.

In the articles, Taavi Kassila claims that he is celibate and left Finland in 2008 to live in the India in the ashram of controversial billionaire guru, Amma Amritanandamayi.
